Registration Instructions

If you live outside of Korea

• After registration please send us a copy of your plane ticket to leoyflortango@gmail.com in 3 days to confirm.
• If we do not receive your plane ticket in time we will not be able to hold your space.
• You can pay the registration fee after you arrive in Seoul. We accept cash in Korean won.
• The final registration deadline is May 12th. After that we cannot process any new registration, cancellation, or changes.
• Changes & Cancellations – Please send your requests to leoyflortango@gmail.com. Penalty for cancellation:
  • Before April 14th – no penalty
  • April 14th to April 27th – 20% penalty (20% of the fee that you are cancelling)
  • April 28th to May 12th – 40% penalty (40% of the fee that you are cancelling)

 
If you live in Korea

• After registration please send us your fee by bank transfer in 3 days.
• If we do not receive your fee in time, we will not be able to keep your discount and your space.
• The final registration deadline is May 12th. After that we cannot process any new registration, cancellation, or changes.
• Changes & Cancellations – Please send your requests to leoyflortango@gmail.com. Penalty for cancellation:
  • Before April 14th – ₩10,000 handling fee per request
  • April 14th to April 27th – 20% penalty (20% of the fee that you are cancelling) plus ₩10,000 handling fee per request
  • April 28th to May 12th – 40% penalty (40% of the fee that you are cancelling) plus ₩10,000 handling fee per request
